About Us

Approximately 25 years ago, we started out making a couple horses on wheels [larger size] and "Jackpot", the team roping dummy steer for our kids. We would spend hours in our garage with our boys and friends, having team roping jackpots. Soon we had multiple requests and it grew from there. Our horses have been in Western Stores, Catalogs, Booger Barter Jackpots and the National Finals Rodeo and MANY TradeShow Rodeos.

We took a break for several years to focus on our sons who are now grown up, and after many requests we are back again with new and improved products!

The name Soyawannabe A Cowboy[SAC] came from Ray's rodeo days when the cowboys would playfully attempt to distract a roper backed up in the box, intently focused and ready to nod... the cowboys sitting on the back of the chute would say "soyawannabe a cowboy"........ the rest is history!

SAC is the brand on our own real horses.

We love making these horses and steers! The best part is watching the kids when they first see the horse and mount-up to ride, going on an adventure!! We even have grown ups asking us to make "big people" size horses and NOW we do!
